I came across this now have it running on the WRT54Gv2 node with Asterisk. It is Asterisk GUI 2.3

Very easy to install, was made to run on routers. You can edit SIP.conf and extensions.conf , voicemail.conf. reload them and view logs calls.

Install is pretty straight forward, there is (readme.txt) file.
I use winscp382 from the download section on this web site.
As I'm not big on command line any more.

There is 1 file asterisk.sh to copy to /cgi-bin/

Copy asteriskGUI to the /var/www/

I rename the asteriskGUI to asterisk as to make entering the url easier
http:\\your-meshnode:8080/asterisk/asterisk.html

That is it,

I have found another asterisk GUI which I will be testing in the next week, it has little larger footprint not much 185kb total maybe less if some doc files can be left out.
It has little better interface to just add and edit extensions and the whole system..

I will post up some time next week, If it works out ok..

NOTE: You may disregard this warning. It does not effect calls:

It seem to make Asterisk work better have not broke my router yet if it stays that way I will post the fix. also should hel with Voicemail.

When I put the files inside a /www/asterisk/ folder, but that reproduced the same error you had. Make sure you rename the style.css attached with the AsteriskGUI to something else and change the respective filename in the asterisk.html file. After you do this, put the files inside the /www/ folder and don't forget to move asterisk.sh to the cgi-bin folder and chmod it.

I've used that program for quite some time. It really saves on not having to SSH to the node every time.
